Nick's sister, the actress Gabrielle Drake recently wrote a book about her late brother... I'd say that everything about an artist is in his art, so everything else, books, essays, reviews, well... is redundant... yet...
... from The Guardian's interview to Mrs. Drake, more and more interesting facts surface for the die-hard music lover and Nick Drake scholar, but also for common people, someone who - at least - knows that Pink Moon is Nick's third disc and not computer image graphic artistry or something LSD induced.
Weird thinking that people is chipping his grave-stone to the point it had to be recently replaced, same as happened at Pere Lachaise cemetery in Paris for Jim Morrison and Oscar Wilde... and how lovely are the Drake family b/w pictures...
I respect and thanks Mrs. Gabrielle Drake for her editorial effort, a nice coffee table thick gorgeous book.
Gabrielle Drake now...
... and when acting in UFO TV series...
On my part, I prefer Nick's music and enjoying some fond listenings of his masterpieces.
That's more than enough for me... and for the world.
Maybe...
