Music to soothe, please and heal 💫

 

This ECM disk from 2011 was suggested by Stefano Amerio - the sound engineer extraordinaire who recorded this and hundreds more ECMs’ - when I interviewed him, years ago.

At my (legit but a bit childish 🤭) question about “the best” ECM’s recording, ever, Stefano thought about it for a moment and answered without hesitation.

This disk is a masterpiece of sweetness and beauty… the recording is - truly is - F A N T A S T I C in every parameter: timbre, spatially and ambience, micro-dynamics.

I’m floating with a silly smile on my face.
