Dong Bum Kim used a proprietary, highest flux “new” material to model the pole-pieces, a time-consuming, old school job made by hand: fire tempered and beaten by hand to get the needed density, like a Damascus blade!
The limited-production masterpiece will be soon reviewed in my system and I guess I’ll be amazed by further aural improvements, as I was amazed by Analogtechnik DST15 and (beloved) DMT25 vs. other top contenders.
