Staying in the sixties here with The Grateful Dead and their eponymous debut album, "The Grateful Dead", released 1967. 

And if you ever wondered, the illegible script on top of the cover says: 

"In the land of the dark, the ship of the sun is drawn by the Grateful Dead".
