Italian Theorba from Wendelio Venere made in Padova in 1575, with two pegs and seven double strings each (114 cm length).
Mersenne describes this instrument as the theorbo (of normal size). There it is also called Great Roman Theorb "Chitarrone" major of Theorba. I believe that the "Archiliut", as you may know, has an arm longer than one and a half meters.
