A superb disc I recently bought second-hand... nicely recorded at Wytherston Studios and mastered by John Dent at The Exchange in Camden Town, London.
It's a disc fondly sung by mrs. Tabor with her beautiful contralto voice... it's strange to listen to her voice not dealing with some Child's ballad but jazz standards...
The recording is wonderful: Huw Warren's piano is masterfully recorded and Danny Thompson's double-bass is gorgeous, as Joe Boyd's production.
A very pleasant listen and a nice find.
