Recorded and issued in 1998, bought a couple weeks ago, listened today... a brand new disc for yours truly:-)))
Last Jim O'Rourke disc with Gastr del Sol, it's a beauty, David Grubbs sings like an angel and a track, "Bauchredner" is a seldom heard acoustic guitar tour-de-force, paying hommage to Peter Lang, Dave Evans, John Fahey and some Robin Williamson's guitar playing... both English and American Primitive schools.
The recording is also top class...
