I remember I bought my mint copy of “Hymnen” in Argentina and the seller shipped the disc in a padded envelope with 20+ colored stamps 🙏🥇🙏

B & O BM5 stereo ribbon mike

 

Bought this microphone from a gentleman in Australia for cheap last year and had it restored in a few weeks by a UK-based ribbon microphones specialist, XAudia, who changed the poor-quality, low gain inner transformer with an higher gain (+6db) bespoke miniature transformer.

The result is no less than awesome: superb clarity, silky, extended highs and natural dynamics.

A true wolf in sheep skin.
